Is "PardonFare" A legitimate tactic for DJT to use
vanity | 5-1-2025 | self

As we all know, the judicial branch of the US government has been running amok for years, and are now flat out trying to destroy MAGA. Many freepers will rant off with knee-jerk comments like "impeach the judges" and "time for DJT to tell Boasberg to shove it" etc etc etc.......

But I haven't really heard so many legitimate courses of action that DJT and co can do to reign in the judiciary. I obviously don't follow every word that comes from the WH so perhaps I've missed some stuff but I really hope they have some plan to deal with it because if he doesn't take some bold actions, then America will suffer greatly.

I have heard people mention here on FR about DJT suspending Habeas Corpus, which would really be a bold move. I do follow people like Mike Barnes and Margot Cleveland who discuss the judicial lawfare constantly, but so far I haven't heard many or any actual plans on how we can put a stop to this lawfare madness.

What are people's thoughts on DJT engaging in pardon-fare against these judges? If these judges are so corrupted, then it's fair to say that they no human being should be subjected to any kind of punishment from them. One way DJT can neuter these judges is by pardoning or commuting all people (or at least the non-violent crime ones) who have ever been sentenced by these judges like Boasberg. Not to pardon them because they are innocent of a crime, but rather because the court that sentenced them is corrupt and not worthy of determining the fate of another human being. Boasberg has been on the DC bench since 2011--there must be dozens of sentences that he has levied against people. I propose that DJT simply pardon all of them in a very public fashion and help the judiciary become more of a farce then it already is making itself. It would be a great way for DJT to tell Roberts to get his judiciary in line or he's just going to neuter the judges ability to render punishment on other human beings.

Although this is probably not a real strategy to reign in the judges, it is a tactic that can be used to let these rogue judges know that they have gone too far.

Deep down we all know that the strategy of the communist-left is to intentionally break down and destroy our entire "Establishment system" that has ruled this country for 250 years and breaking down the "rule-of-law" is a an essential part of it. Disorder and anarchy are the weapons of the Marxist left. That is why they are doubling down on their illegal alien love affair. So we have to be careful not to fall into a trap the democrats may be setting

The judiciary has weaponized the courts against average Americans for years and of course against DJT and his associates as well. So I firmly believe that DJT should use the powers he has to neuter these judges from the ability to harm other human beings. How would you feel if you or a loved one had to stand before the likes of Boasberg in a courtroom addressing him as "your honor?" The man is a corrupt individual who should not judge another human being. I would rather see people pardoned for a non-violent crime, even if it was a very bad non-violent crime and even if they are very guilty, then to be subjected to a judgement and punishment by an evil, wicked, dishonorable human being like Boasberg.

I do have full faith in DJT that he does have a plan to deal with the rogue judiciary as he knows what is at stake if he lets them take over.

Again this isn't a real strategy, but it is a tactic that can be deployed against them. We also have to keep in mind that our Congress will not help the administration much at all, if any. In fact they may very well subtly act to subvert the administrations attempts to fight the judicial lawfare so they can protect their own rackets.

Hmmm....there are likely some cases that would not be a good idea.

Kind of throwing out the baby with the bathwater.

Having a special team to review the cases of the judicial insurrectionists and provide pardons where appropriate may accomplish your goal.

You didn't go the direction I expected with this idea.

Pardon all government officials who defy these judges. Allow officials to ignore everything they say, and pardon such officials for anything the corrupt imbecile judges wants to do about it.

Homeland Security deported people against the Judge's orders? Those people are pardoned. Judge can shut up.

Just keep doing that. Make the left *HATE* unlimited pardons for any reason, and when they object, point out corrupt fake president Biden pardoning over 8,000 people.

Use the pardon as a weapon. Someone beats the shit out of a federal judge for running their arrogant mouth? You are PARDONED!

Yes, use the pardon power as a weapon. Absolutely.

Does the money to run the judiciary go through the Treasury?

Seems like that would be a good check and balance point.

Trey Gowdy was always worthless. He pretended to ask a serious line of questions. But when he had the witness at the crucial point, where one more question and he’d have to spill the beans, Gowdy would sit back and ask no more questions. Gowdy just pretended to be serious.

i believe we have the power to shut down the judicial jurisdictions or something along that lines. I don’t believe the president has that power alone and I dont believe congress would assist us that way.

If we have a way of defunding those benches, then we can look at that option if plausible.

“Yes, use the pardon power as a weapon. Absolutely.”

I agree 100%. The left weaponized the courts so we can for sure use this weapon to neuter the courts. rock-scissor-paper

“Someone beats the shit out of a federal judge for running their arrogant mouth? You are PARDONED!”

I would prefer we dont go down that path with regards to judges/politicians as we may fall into a trap set by democrats, as mentioned in my post. I do firmly believe though that the Pritzkers and other types calling for resistance/revolt are very full aware of what they are doing. They know the average person is not going to take the bait on the rhetoric, but they know that somewhere out there is a basement mama boy with a few screws loose who is not on any radar screen and will take action leading to political violence, Scalise style. Then we’ll have moved into a new phase in this battle. let’s hope it doesn’t go there.

Given all the outrages this nation keeps facing as a result of the Democrat-Tyranny complex, I sometimes feared things will turn violent.

Then they would impose some more horrible stuff on us, and then I begin to fear things wouldn't turn violent.

Look at Europe. Do you see a solution to the mess they've created for themselves that doesn't require violence?

I don't. At this point I wish they had all gone on a murdering spree starting with their white liberal governance, and ending up with their Islamic invaders fleeing these nations.

But I think Europe has gone too far to recover, no matter what they try. I think they will become Islamicized, and we will see a time when we wished they had just started murdering people.

It would have been less bloody in the long run.

Well, they are all obviously as corrupt as they come, but just willy-nilly pardoning people that they sat in judgement over, may be releasing bad people back into the public. I still think that the Habeas Corpus route is the best option available.

But I applaud you for thinking outside the box on the issue. 🙂👍

Pardon all government officials who defy these judges.

Right thinking there my friend.

Why do so many Freepers want to bind patriots hands with the Constitution while watching enemies of the Republic ignore it with impunity.
