have put this here to show just how widespread the airplane's music was...this band from Jacksonville in the south had this as the flip side to a version of 'creams' 'I feel free'...why did they release old songs as a single as both came out in '66? they were :berry Oakley/dale betts/dickie betts/larry rennhardt/reese wynans & Richard price but shortly after with a slight personal change they became known as 'the allman bros band'....an unusual choice too in 'funny cars' don't you think? but who's that female singer?
From what I know, Dickey Betts formed the Second Coming with Berry Oakley in 1967 and this fun fact : according to Rick Derringer, the "group called the Jokers" referenced in "Rock and Roll, Hoochie Koo" was one of Betts' early groups.
