I am sorry to read this. I know you will conquer this as you know all about herbs and such.
I put a few apricot seeds in my smoothies. I don’t know if you do smoothies, but there’s all sorts of things you can throw together in blender and drink, of course.
I’m too pressed for time to take the time to eat right, so I just throw most of my daily fruit and veggie servings into a blender.
Now that the weather is nice, I look forward to adding fresh herbs.
