I’m starting to think this is money that was in the process of being filtered through these countries and back to the corrupt pols in the US.

So it appears they are granting us investment when instead it was our money all along and they are just releasing it back to us. They save face and get good PR, and Trump and the US get back what was stolen from us by corrupt politicians and NGOs
