My fantasy is that once the parade is over on Flag Day, the Marines will occupy CIA HQ at Langley, the Hoover Building and the Capitol, making mass arrests.

That's why Rikers Island is going under federal control and why Alcatraz is on the table. The bad guys on the East Coast till reside at Rikers and on the West Coast at Alcatraz.
