I think there could be a risk if you apply the DMSO topically. I read a report of a man who was a heavy smoker deciding to dip his nicotine-stained fingers into straight DMSO. The nicotine went straight to his blood stream and he almost died of nicotine poisoning. I think if the DMSO is already inside you, exterior chemicals still have to penetrate the skin barrier. While DMSO on the outside of the skin can shuttle exterior chemicals through, I don’t think it works the same way from inside the body.
I should add that best practices for using DMSO topically is to clean the area to be swabbed with DMSO well. After application of DMSO, typically at 70% concentration, the user is advised to let the area dry for 20 minutes before putting clothing on or allowing any substance to touch the wet DMSO, except maybe surgical gauze. This is because DMSO acts as a universal solvent that can easily mix with other substances and can pass these substances through biological membranes without damaging them - a property unique among known substances.

More so the Scribes! That was their job: to pick through Scripture and find loopholes in the 'Law' that could be exploited. Jesus said that they had legalized stealing from widows and orphans. 'Scribes' were not just 'writers'; they were official 'lawyers'. The 'Talmud' was an apt metaphor. It intended to capture the depth of the 'Law'; Scribes extended that study.
I presume that much of that developed under the Maccabean revolt and restructure. As I understand it, the Maccabes were not Levite and had no traditional historical authority to organize the new Temple... BUT they had the power! Herod came along under Roman rule, an Edomite - Idumean in Latin parlance (descendants of Esau!). Herod undertook to build the second Temple and thus gain sanctioned righteousness by the Jewish Sanhedrin for his kingship.
Herod didn't care what the Sanhedrin did as long as it didn't threaten his power. Herod was a dark sinister king, paranoid probably (like Joseph Stalin); BUT he was a brilliant architect and builder. Herod's palace at Masada is a study in engineering and architectural planning and design. It took Rome two years to breach it with Jewish zealots and priests holed up there supplied with all their survival needs.

It’s the left that’s twisting the law and the constitution to convert invaders who never qualified for asylum into “refugees”.
They are invaders and the law gives Trump the power to declare them so and remove them expeditiously.
