Such behavior - 'outbursts' - are more characteristic of declining dementia. However, it is certainly reasonable to consider the aggressive masculine trait stimulated by testosterone that would support such behavior; the social behavioral 'censor' would be less likely to prevail {sociopathy}.
Joe has led a life of narcissistic self-reward, selfishness, a rather biased spirit of social judgment. His attitude towards the Afghanistan withdrawal is indicative. I just wonder if his many 'chickens' are coming home to roost. I do not mean to proclaim judgment. It is sort of saddening really.
A few days after the infamous May 3rd F5+ tornado that went through Moore, Ok, I was passing by one of the neighborhoods that was completely, I mean completely gone. The only thing visible save a few bare tree trunks was an intact, cinder block pump house. Even the grass was gone.
