Doc Cole, an independent pathologist in Boise, was reporting over two years ago, that cancers were up 20X normal. As a pathologist he wouldn’t have direct contact with patients so his observations don’t have a bias. And he’s in Idaho which wasn’t a max-clotshot area. Interesting that widely separated medicos are recognizing and reporting on the obvious problem.

In 1995, the government was asked to investigate outtages with the ATC (airtraffic control system). However, the last upgrade the the FAA ATC system was in the 60's.
In a factoid found on the Internet, a portion of ticket sales go to fund the majority of the FAA, and the rest is alotted by Congressional extensions.

Remember the globalists said their plan for us was, "You will have nothing and like it?" I'm wondering if they planned to let the domestic ATC systems fail and leave air travel to overlords in the government, and perhaps elites with their own jets would be allowed to use the government (military) airports. Yes, it could be just buck passing or kick-the-can-down-the-road politics, but I am skeptical.Maybe the Globalists yet plan to hold out the option of complete, permanent national ATC failure to stop any 'resistance' to their planned coup. Perhaps the ATC system would have mysteriously 'failed' soon after the attempt on Trump's life, had one of them been successful.
ATC failure would also place domestic shipping via air, including mail, in the hands of the government (Want your mail, or food from a government distribution center? Please bring your vaccine ID.)

Regarding “86” - in the electric power industry, and this is practiced by most utilities, there are relays and equipment in substations that are involved in the automatic operation of circuit breakers. These relays and devices have function numbers, and it’s universally known across the industry what function carries which number.
For example, a time-overcurrent relay carries the designation of “51” while an instantaneous overcurrent relay would be a “50”. In some instances, you do not want a circuit to be placed back in service without human intervention, and relays that serve the function of preventing such are called a lockout relay, with the designation “86”.
The 86 or lockout relay kills off all other action - it makes any additional automatic or even manual action impossible, until it is reset.
So when an 86 relay operates, your equipment has been made dead, isolated from all other electrical equipment.
