The fact that the radar system is in a state of collapse seems planned in the same manner the horrible user unfriendly design and lack of maintainance on the FDA/CDC 'VAERS' database seems planned.

In 1995, the government was asked to investigate outtages with the ATC (airtraffic control system). However, the last upgrade the the FAA ATC system was in the 60's.
In a factoid found on the Internet, a portion of ticket sales go to fund the majority of the FAA, and the rest is alotted by Congressional extensions.

Remember the globalists said their plan for us was, "You will have nothing and like it?" I'm wondering if they planned to let the domestic ATC systems fail and leave air travel to overlords in the government, and perhaps elites with their own jets would be allowed to use the government (military) airports. Yes, it could be just buck passing or kick-the-can-down-the-road politics, but I am skeptical.Maybe the Globalists yet plan to hold out the option of complete, permanent national ATC failure to stop any 'resistance' to their planned coup. Perhaps the ATC system would have mysteriously 'failed' soon after the attempt on Trump's life, had one of them been successful.
ATC failure would also place domestic shipping via air, including mail, in the hands of the government (Want your mail, or food from a government distribution center? Please bring your vaccine ID.)
Of course, Q+/Q have a habit of appropriating Deep State weapons and tactics, and using it to beat them.
I want to see the books for the FAA’s maintenance schedule. The money is there and always has been. But somebody, like, say, Buttaplug, has been spending it someplace else. Just taking a WAG I’ll bet it paid rent for a bunch of wetbacks?
FAA employees don’t do maintenance. Shortly after WW II the new FAA began using contractors to keep the radar and radio systems up to speed. Outfits such as Western Electric slid into that role. Updating gear has been a constant regimen for the past six decades or more. They’ve been backfitting with fiber optics, for example, since the late 70’s.
The suspicion noted up-thread that the current problems are more related to TDS than actual problems are way closer to the truth. And, oh, yeah, every one of the recent plane wrecks is connected to a certified dumbass being allowed to fly a plane.
