I’ve never eaten arugula, but my guess is that most people who do watch their health, go to doctors and dentists, exercise, watch their weight, and have better than average incomes, drive safer cars, and read more than average, and eat more fresh fish than the average.
This ultra-processed BS term is driving me nuts! People on FR are so weird about concepts like moderation. The low carb evangelists are the worst! I eat a huge variety of food, mainly concentrated on balanced macronutrients. Many things I eat are processed - but I bet I could use my standard line on all of these posters when I get in a discussion in person about food with some food weirdo…”look at me, look at you.” Shuts them right up 95% of the time.
