I call bullcrap on this story. The entire story is a fabrication based upon the use of a single word "legion" in a statement he made publicly about the declining birth rate for developed societies. He never even implied that it was his desire to lead the charge to increase the birthrate, let alone sire 5000 children. Total BS.
I figure if Musk fathers 5000 kids, the chances of them being bright, contributors to society is relatively high.
