I really hope they announce a Hubble Space Telescope repair, refurbish, upgrade mission soon. Elon Musk has already donated the rocket necessary for the mission. If nothing else, replace/add on new gyros. Hubble needs 3 gyros for the best alignment. It was launched with 6 gyros. Today, only two are functional.
Yes, there will be modern space telescopes in the future. Meanwhile, a Hubble upgrade is just the right thing to do.
