Did you read the decision and think for one minute? Or do you need clicks? Read it closely and see if that headline is accurate.

“The Court will preliminarily enjoin the defendants, pending further order
of this Court, to
1) take all necessary steps to return USAGM employees and contractors to their
status prior to the March 14, 2025 Executive Order 14238, “Continuing the Reduction of theFederal Bureaucracy,”

including by restoring all USAGM employees and personal service
contractors, who were placed on leave or terminated, to their status prior to March 14, 2025,

Does that sound like a win?

You have to consider what side of the issue “Norm” supports.

Did you read post #1 wherein I said Trump shut it down and leftists got a judge to enjoin the shutdown? The purpose in my posting this article is to further expose corruption of the courts. This is opposition research. The author of the tweet is best buddies with Chief Justice Roberts.

Chief Justice Roberts Faces Scrutiny Over Close Ties to Anti-Trump Legal Strategist Norm Eisen

by | Apr 4, 2025

"Chief Justice John Roberts is under mounting pressure following revelations that he maintained a close personal relationship with Norm Eisen, the Democratic operative and legal architect behind numerous efforts to prosecute President Donald Trump and his allies. According to Revolver News, Roberts stayed for a week at Eisen’s 150-room palace in the Czech Republic during Eisen’s time as U.S. Ambassador, sparking concerns of judicial conflict of interest and impropriety."

Seems like the judge is saying that Freedom of Speech means the government has to pay people to talk. It would be unconstitutional for the government to not pay people to talk.

That sounds like a win for people like Norm Eisen.

If Kari Lake can require them to speak truthfully it may be a way to mitigate the damage. But saying that the government HAS to pay people to talk is just stupid.

It would be like saying the government has to hire pastors, imams, etc, or else there’s not freedom of religion. When in fact the First Amendment FORBIDS the government from abridging either free speech or the free exercise of religion.

This is unbelievably stupid.

They guy saying "We Won!" is an obnoxious Liberal Democrat who wants to stop Trump. Norm Eisen is on the other side. Yeah, *THEY* won, but we didn't.

At least not until someone knocks that arrogant Judge across the room.
