Say it costs $100,000 to prepare and then take the SEAL training course. Have her post a $100,000 bond and, if she doesn’t complete the training successfully, she pays the $100,000 and goes her way. If she makes it, treat her like any other SEAL. I’m sure SEAL make the same as a lawyer, right?
