Vigano's frustration (and yours, I suppose) are understandable, but no person, even a Roman Catholic Archbishop, knows what is in someone's heart and on their lips at the moment of death, and every Christian knows (or should) about the thief on the cross who repented.
No one, not even Jorge Bergoglio, is beyond redemption, not as long as life is within the body.
Vigano will be next pope, I pray.
