Turns out that Keith Moon was Zac's godfather, not his uncle. That is just what he called him.

Keith Moon was renting the same flat as Cass Elliot of the Mama's & the Papa's, owned by Harry Neilson, where she died 4 years before Keith Moon rented it, and is where he died. Harry was reluctant to rent it to Keith, because Harry believed it was cursed. Townshend disagreed, assuring him that "lightning wouldn't strike the same place twice".
