Interesting. I watched this guy get called a war profiteer on CSPAN when he offered to keep Afghanistan secure for just $50 billion/year. This was before Biden's screwup.

Now he's in line for a handout to do something to help us again. While his ideas make a lot of sense I don't think Trump would buy into it. Sounds too racist.

This may be an interesting concept but if the off-shore facility belongs to the U.S. government the American judiciary is likely to insist that it meet federal standards which is quite high.

I’ve suggested this before. Secure them to unused railroad tracks. Make them walk cross country. Issue blow horns to ward off the animals.

Why do that? We have plenty of space in the United States Minor Outlying Islands (MOIs)...that include former military airfields. We should be restoring them for tri-role operations: Quarantine, military, working prisons, etc.

Kangaroo Judge Boasberg would have a field day with this one. If we still had the old Panama Canal Zone, this US prison build would be easier. McCain was born there as a US Citizen.
