Being also retired, I am trying to stick to an unchanging standard time. The few clocks I have that auto-adjust, I let do it. Internet-timed devices self-adjust.
But, I am sick of changing clocks, and a programmable thermostat (which is a must) becomes a joke to change. Why change the time, to then have to change all of the programmed time settings?
The same with Solar. The Sun knows when it’s noon. Moving the clock around is idiotic for solar timers.
My dogs, too, want to eat when they want to. They don’t understand how to read clocks. ;-)
Wonderful how liberating retirement is isn’t it?.....since I retired at the end of 2019 I think I’ve worn a watch MAYBE 3 times.....when people ask me how I like being a man of leisure I always answer the same way.... “every day is Saturday!” 😎
