Ethics problem.

When using current “teleport” tech., an object may be replicated to the destination: point B.

What then, happens to the object at point A?

IOW, current “teleport” tech might be able to create a duplication, using electronic wizardry, but not actual beam an object FROM point A TO point B.

So, who is going to tell “Maxine” at point A in Los Angeles, that her duplicate just arrived at point B in Washington, DC . . . that, “Maxine, dear, we now must VAPORIZE YOU!”
