It was not easy to find out her party as the town sites appear to be a ‘one party
we all get along’ no need for labels kumbuyah.
They leave their previous Blue States because of the high taxes and insufferable regulations and move to Red States where they immediately start turning them Blue with their politics and voting practices.
Liberals NEVER connect their bad situations with their policies.
In fact, they will ALWAYS double down on their liberalism in an effort to solve their problems, which, of course, get worse and worse until they give up and move to a nice Red State and start the cycle all over again.
This is the pattern and it never fails.....................
What does the city plan on doing with the confiscated pets?
We were in Arlington, VA a couple weeks ago and went to a Korean BBQ place that was fantastic but across the parking lot from it was an animal hospital.
The reactions we're seeing on this thread are classic examples of how most get their news from the headlines and don't bother to read the entire article.
Although there is not a statewide law limiting the number of pets allowed in a household, multiple cities surrounding Northglenn already have this ban in place.
Prior to this announcement, Northglenn was the only city in Adams County that did not have 'long-standing pet regulations' in place, the city said.
Other cities and towns across the nation have pet ordinances in place for dogs and cats.
New Jersey does not have a statewide law, but certain towns, including Rahway and Hawthorne, place pet limits on residents.
People in those towns are allowed to have no more than three dogs or cats, according to World Population Review.
Similarly, North Carolina does not have a state pet ordinance, but in certain areas only one to three dogs or cats are allowed per household, data showed.
While many states leave it up to the cities and towns to decide, some, including California do not.
In the Golden State, each household is allowed to have four dogs or cats, and they have to be older than four months.
In Rhode Island, residents are allowed to own up to three adult dogs, as well as three adult cats per residence, according to the City of Providence.
That’s why I hate the left.
Note that this includes dogs, too.
Exactly.
This is over-controlling leftist behavior.
Now, putting a BOUNTY on any outdoor cat or dog (outside, off leash, off-property feral or otherwise) - no bag limit - I could get behind 100%.
Rachel Carson saw the signs, but mis-attributed the devastation of songbirds to a chemical, not “house cats.”
Eradicate them.
Crazy cat ladies? What goes on indoors should stay indoors.
Bingo! They want full control of your life choices.
My daughter can’t understand why I don’t was to move to CO and be closer to my grandsons.
Isn’t that like cannibalism?
Had you bothered to read the entire article, you'd know that Northglenn is the only city in Adams County that didn't have this animal restriction in place. The other cities in the county have had this restriction in place for many years.
Bet you didn't know that, did ya?
You'd also know that there are many cities across the USA that have this restriction on the number of dogs and cats that can be kept.
Whack jobs.
Do city officials have more than 2 kids? No more hanky panky with the wife. Let’s see how long that lasts.
Cats yes. Dogs no.
If your dog has puppies, what do you do?
Move away?
These Marxist Coloradans are idiots.
Ha! TRUE!!!
“My daughter can’t understand why I don’t was to move to CO and be closer to my grandsons.”
Well I commend you for making that very dear sacrifice to stand on principle. Very few have that strength. That strength is what this country needs if we are to ever actually fix it. :)
This whole country needs a new General Augusto Pinochet.
