Their only saving grace is that they’re just that drunk on their own sanctimony

The media was basically telling her she was going to be president.

Donald Trump will not be president, says Barack Obama

Republican Donald Trump will not be president because it’s a “serious job”, President Barack Obama has said.”I continue to believe that Mr Trump will not be president. And the reason is because I have a lot of faith in the American people,” said Mr Obama.

Mr Trump, a billionaire businessman, is the frontrunner in the race to be his party’s choice for the White House. He has won one state primary already, and leads the polls in South Carolina, where Republicans vote on Saturday.

Speaking at the Asean economic summit in California, the president was asked by a reporter about Mr Trump. The electorate will not pick him, said Mr Obama, because “they recognise that being president is a serious job”. “It’s not hosting a talk show or a reality show, it’s not promotion, it’s not marketing, it’s hard. It’s not a matter of pandering and doing whatever will get you in the news on a given day.”

Mr Trump responded by saying it was a compliment to be criticised by a president who had done so much damage to the country.

Democrat donors are furious that they collectively shelled out $2 billion and got the pants beaten off of them in 2024........the delusional world Democrats wallow in: some actually thought Iowa was within their grasp, due to Harris’ fund-raising brainwashing ruses.

Post-election polls provide Democrats with little hope.
<><>March 22-25 YouGov/Economist’s survey of 1,600
<><>saw Dem unfavorable views by far exceeded favorable views,
<><>55 to 36% voters were less critical of Repubs, 48% unfavorable vs 44% favorable.
<><>A post-election survey for “Third Way,” a Dem centrist group,
<><>found Trump favored over Kamala Harris to handle the economy and cost of living...

"Kamala Harris was looking at her crowd size and she was looking, you know, they felt like the vibe was strong and, you know, people were saying, oh, we have more boots on the ground," she said. "We're doing better in fundraising. And she bought all of that. She bought the hype."

People showed up to her rallies because they came to see the people she paid to endorse her.

“What is the Dunning Kruger Effect?

This psychological bias, where a person believes themselves to be smarter and more competent than they actually are, was first identified in Kruger and Dunning’s 1999 study “Unskilled and Unaware of It: How Difficulties in Recognizing One’s Own Incompetence Lead to Inflated Self-Assessments“.

I bet Harris believed all those stories with pictures of Trump rallies taken hours before the event that tried to gaslight that people weren't turning out.

She might be dumb but even she knew she got no electoral votes in her primary in 2020 and was selected as the candidate in 2024 and thus didn’t run in a Democrat primary campaign.

I had my doubts Trump was going to win

I started to feel better after the interview by Bill Whitaker on CBS. I was cautiously optimistic after Kamala refused to appear on Joe Rogan's podcast.

“Kamala Harris Was ‘Completely Shocked’ She Lost to Trump”

I don’t think anyone has accused either Cackles or Timpon of being bright.

I thought Trump would win, but I was concerned about the possibility of fraud and cheating that could throw the election to Harris.

I stayed up all night waiting for the inevitable fraud dumps to come in. I saw a big one in Philly around 3am, then another one in Milwaukee. It still wasn't enough to overcome Trump's lead.
