JD is saying what he can say. I’ll say what he can’t.
Political violence is not a both-sides problem.
It metastasized on the Democratic side, and polling proves it: 58% of left-leaning respondents say it’s “somewhat acceptable” to destroy Tesla dealership for political ends.
I had to evacuate my home for a month after leftist activists published my husband’s distillery on a viral website with a Molotov cocktail cursor, while leftist arsonists firebombed dealerships and celebrated it on social media.
Here’s the truth:
That’s not fringe.
That’s mainstream, majority-left ideology.
That’s why Vice President Vance is condemning the attack on Shapiro clearly and without excuse, and why you’re not seeing that from Walz, from Harris, or from any prominent Democrat.
We are not the same.
And the Left’s response will be the same as always:
Ignore the violence from their own side.
Pretend their silence is principled.
Then nitpick the Right’s condemnation as “not enough.”
And yes, they’ll gaslight just enough people to get away with it. Again.
