What is in the icing on a pop tart so that it doesn’t melt when it’s in a toaster? Is it some kind of plastic? Perhaps a popTart is an extreme example of an ultra processed food that no one should be eating.

I have solved that problem for myself. My favorite pop-tart, when I do eat any is Unfrosted brown sugar cinnamon.
