Cinema

Good selection you offered MsB

I have whole set of Game of Thrones. Very well done series

Jim and I watch a cross section of movies . Older - not necessarily classics and many favoritrs, historical fiction, fantasy, action

Jemian, we are both fans of starwars episode 1-6, Star Trek, superhero & fantasy
Mission Impossible, 007, Bourne, Stratham, a few Stephen King

We normally do a lot of movies but in between day trips and running around. However he just got out of hospital and is on oxygen and COPD so I’m trying to keep outings to minimum and cooking rather than meals out every day

My last visit we did some of Epics- Gone with Wind, Titanic, the Patriot, Pearl Harbor as well as some new releases we were interested in

We’re fans of Mel Gibson, Clint Eastwood, Denzel, Tom cruise, Robert Duval
Cruise Brad Pitt, Keneau, Harrison Ford, Liam Neeson, Matt Damon

First couple days here we watched everything Val Kilmer. Only one we didn’t get through was Willow. Just couldn’t get into it. After half hour we 👎

Also Past days did Back to future1-3 ,

I’ve done series Hunger Games, Twilight, Harry Potter, Divergent, avengers, Batman, Superman, matrix, Alien, Dark knight, Ironman, Lord of the Rings plus others

In cases of screen adaptation I’ve read book first

Horse Whisperer, Bridges of Madison County, Fried Green Tomatoes, Somewhere in Time , Dirty Dancing, the proposal, Notebook are a few of my fav chick flicks

Today we’re doing Godfather 1 & 2, Alien 1-3

We kinda like movies

😜

As a fellow COPD sufferer, I am very sorry to see this.
As soon as he is feeling better, the best thing he can do, is WALK!
Keep him moving, even if it’d only around the house at first
but walking is he best thing for his lungs.
It’s far too easy to just sit back..don’t ask me how I know this!
*wink*

Remember that “Choose Your Hard” list you posted?

“We kinda like movies.”

I would say you do. I have a hard time watching movies at home. I get distracted so much that a 2 hr. movie takes 4 hrs. If there is a good movie I do like going to the theater to see it as I don’t get distracted there. Haven’t been in quite some time though.
