Nutritional yeast (”nooch”) is loaded with B vitamins. Doesn’t taste like much, you can put it on pizza and never notice it.
Eggs help, too.
Shopping in the produce section beats buying vitamin pills from China.
Saying “it IS getting better” might be more beneficial. :)
I understand and ultimately, that may be happening, but the reality is, at the moment, it’s not.
Last summer I did great for a while and was actually able to add stuff back into my diet for several months. Then fall started and something happens then and I start reacting all over again.
Can’t figure out what it is yet. An trying the brain retraining route. It’s slow.
