I’ve heard from others that synthetic vitamin Bs can be a problem.
I’ve been having trouble with them lately myself. Sigh....
It just isn’t getting any better.
Nutritional yeast (”nooch”) is loaded with B vitamins. Doesn’t taste like much, you can put it on pizza and never notice it.
Eggs help, too.
Shopping in the produce section beats buying vitamin pills from China.
Saying “it IS getting better” might be more beneficial. :)
