Dennis Rader, as serial killer who murdered 10 people in Kansas between 1974 and 1991. He was known for sending taunting letters to police and media outlets detailing his crimes.
Yep, I remember him. He would break into a house and lay in wait for the lady of the house to come home. Sometime he would choose a closet to hide in, taking the clothes and jackets off the rack and piling them on the closet floor so that he’d have something to sit on while he waited.
