That’s just not true. Keep making things up to support your opinion.

--- "U.S. Soldiers reported missing in Lithuania Translation; they were killed in Ukraine."

I hope that does not prove to be correct. As ex-Army from long ago, I know training accidents are a "thing" and occur with sad regularity. As the story is "developing,' one has only heard they are "missing." So many possibilities can be conceived, even by this crotchety old guy.

Out with some Lithuanian babes (or boys) and on a bender? Turned over a vehicle going too fast? AWOL? Ordnance mishap(s)? Even drugs, which is not out of the question? Maybe wandering over a border and being detained? ( I knew a couple of training grunts who tried to take a jeep through the Mojave on a weekend and got lost, dying of thirst before they were found. )

If they "were conducting scheduled tactical training," there is a whole command structure to question and identify the W's -- half of which are known: Who? Where? What? When? Why?

Tactical training involves observation, because there are trainers doing the training. One certain view I hold is that, when stupidity is involved, everyone connected tries to construct some sort of CYA. And if indeed your suspicion is correct, then narratives are being woven which will unravel, as they do over time.
