That’s seem to ban pretty much all guns!
What’s left?
Muzzleloaders, pump shotguns, revolvers?

On the other hand SKS magazine is not detachable. So that may be OK?!

Semi-auto rifles have been around since 1903

Check out the Girardoni Air Rifle carried by Lewis and Clark in 1803.

Girardoni Air Rifle

Around since 1780 or so, it fired 22+ shots on a single charge with a .46-.51 caliber ball, reaching out to 125 yards.

Apparently it impressed the hell out of the Indians who saw it.

As a college kid in the early 1970s, I remember walking down the street in Denver with a HiPower in a leather Bianchi holster on my hip… eating breakfast next to a cop in a diner talking wheel guns vs semi-pistols.

Diluted Californians may be the equivalent of the bubonic plague...
Dilution by 10-20 million migrant invader vermin has made the communist takeover very easy...

The Rat Pols should be worrying about bolt action rifles more. 300 WinMags. 338 Lapuas. Rifles that can reach out and touch someone.

If you take gas out of the equation, blow back firearms actions won’t operate either. Actually all firearms are gas operated as gas is what propels the projectile out the barrel. See what they might be trying to do here.

Many gun stores are also ranges, but they make their business succeed via gun and ammo sales. This will close many of those stores/ranges.

Besides violating the Second Amendment, hasn’t Colorado long been violating Federal Law with regard to Marijuana? Isn’t it time for the DEA to crack down on lots of Colorado officials? It’s the sort of thing - lawfare - the Dems would do, after all.

gas-operated semiautomatic handgun
= == ==

So recoil operated are OK?

Or any cartridge produces gas, which propells the bullet, which produces recoil, which operated the handgun, see, it is bad.

It’s long past time to admit that the 19th amendment is a failed experiment.
