Violent crime runs in the family of the 14-year-old Newark boy charged with gunning down Detective Joseph Azcona in a flurry of bullets earlier this month, sources and the boy’s own relatives told The Post this week.

The unidentified teen’s mom, Rabiyah Sorey, 43, has been a known drug dealer on her block of North Ninth Street for years, the source said. Her twin sister, Hadiyah Sorey, 43, is her “partner in crime” and runs the family business with her, the source added.

“That’s a really, really bad family,” the source said. “They’ve all been arrested for weapons charges.”

Yes, under NJ law he’s too young to have the case moved to adult court. People are upset about it.
