My BMI says I’m ‘obese’.
My mirror says I look fine..................
My sister and I have the same BMI, but I can walk 5 miles without breathing hard, and she can only walk a couple of blocks. I’ve known for a long time that BMI is a useless number. My doctor knows that, too.
