Yes! I love punk, the power that comes out of these songs is unbelievable. I grew up in New York city and later on Long Island and I was totally into punk in the 1980s I constantly went to shows after seeing UK Subs and I could never understand why it was so underground. To me it just utterly blew away heavy metal bands like led Zep, Black Sabbath, and when it did finally catch on in the early 1990s they watered it down and called it grunge.
I was listening to Blitz the other day, this is one of my all time favorites, its like listening to an nuke go off, I love it........
