Yeah, I was going to say, I don’t think it would work for couples. Either breakup or murder would eventually end the relationship. 🤣
Wife and I downsized 3 years ago. Found a good deal on a finished 14X40 and had it moved on our 13 acres on the side of a mountain.. I had a 10X16 bedroom added on along with a wrap around porch. About 720SF living space and we are quite happy with it. So, no spare bedroom means no emergency move ins by anybody, of course my kids live many states away anyhow. Pet door for the dogs and cats, they come and go as they please, no close neighbors and a great overlook of a 200 acre hayfield.
