That is a different fact pattern than I suggested. Reading comprehension is really lacking in this thread. My contention is Biden will say he approved use of the pen and if that homeowner approved the use of those checks, it too would be a nothing burger.
Except there’s no proof at all that anything remotely similar to that happened. Which is why this is a non-issue.
