A good manager should tell the staff: “I don’t know your politics. And you don’t know my politics. You aren’t ever going to find out what my politics are. If I find out what your politics are, I will fire you on the spot. Don’t talk politics. This is not the place.”
Well said...
**Don’t talk politics. This is not the place.”**
It’s always been that way. It’s the left that instigated it. Baking a cake(refusal) didn’t help but that’s their business.
I guess those ‘no taxes on tips’ notes didn’t work.
“A good manager should tell the staff: “I don’t know your politics.”
A good manager would tell his staff to leave their politics at the door.
“And you don’t know my politics. You aren’t ever going to find out what my politics are.”
A good manager would not challenge his staff. He would tell them it is not their business what his politics were.
“If I find out what your politics are, I will fire you on the spot. Don’t talk politics. This is not the place.”
A good manager would not fire a good employee just because he found out their political position.
After all, Michael Jordan once said Republicans buy sneakers too.
