Thanks for the recommendation. Sounds like a good post retirement project. The blower issue draining the battery is a well known F150 defect. I need to remedy the moisture issue and the damage it has done. I purchased the truck used in August 2003 with 22,500 miles on the odometer. It currently has around 64,000 miles on the odometer. Lots of life left in it. Most of the miles are round trips between San Diego and Pocatello (1950 miles). Nominally 16 round trips between 2011 and 2014. The rest was local miles.
