-- Install two-factor authentication, in which a text number is sent to a phone the user possesses

Some of us have gotten rid of their cell phones due to declining eyesight that renders them incapable of using cell phones. I am one of those, so I nix that proposal. 🤣

Two factor authentication can also be accomplished by sending to an email address, however, this is less secure. Still, better than nothing.

That is terrible! I can't use my very pretty "retirement machine shop" for the same reason.

I hate cell phones, but I can see by very large phone. I'd prefer authentication via email.

Multifactor authentication on a phone can be set up to work with face recognition and/or fingerprint. Multifactor authentication with Windows Hello works the same way. It’s a lot easier on the eyes than using a password.

Take it from someone who’s visually impaired and who’s been using accessibility software for over 25 years.
