There are different choices to log in and it is confusing. I finally made a note of what gets me to where I need to be as you can spend a lot of time trying to get in and not succeed. Only need to do it a couple of times a year...year end statement and benefits when statement doesn’t arrive in the mail for the new year.

Once you make an account, be sure to keep your log in information like any other site you need to first ID yourself..chances are you’ll only need it a couple of times a year and since we’re talking about being old enough for SS, who knows what we will still remember the next time we need to get into the site...not funny!!!
I had trouble with the website because I bollixed up my password entry too many times and didn’t get the “3 secret questions” right and it locked me out.
The only time I used the website previously was in late 2020 to set up my account and sign up for social security.
I asked for a password reset and they were supposed to send me a letter with the temporary password, but it’s been almost two months and I haven’t received anything.
So, my choice is to never be able to use the website or go to the office and wait hours just to get an appointment time and then go in at that appointment.
