I flew SW for years and loved them. I was an A-lister. They were cheaper. They were more efficient, and the were usually on time. They also had more fun than any other airline.

But, they have changed in recent years. They’re not cheap anymore. Very often, I get better rates with Delta. I’ll fly them, if I HAVE to. But they are now my 3rd or 4th favorite option.

I’d love to see them get their mojo back. The moves they’re making don’t give me confidence.
