Can Islam even be considered a religion at all? Its laws are that of caveman barbarism.
I occasionally go fully on record about my feeling toward Islam. Then the rest of the time, I use shorthand.
Here’s the Full Megillah!
Muslims can go about their lives any way they see fit. Like all religions except my own, I think they’re wrong, just like they think I’m wrong. That’s fine. That’s why we call it “Faith” not “Science”.
I do rank in my mind the sociological benefits that religions have as usual results. Islam does not tend to result in good outcomes for its people. Maybe slightly better than animists, but not much. Proper historic Hinduism is not terribly helpful to its adherents. Etc. Christianity is particularly helpful to its adherents, so I recommend it to people looking for a religion. I’m kinda Jewish, which has its ups and downs. ;-)
The only part of islam that interests me deeply is that they take instruction from their religion to murder me, all other Jews, all Christians, and anyone else who gets in their way. Therefore, and essentially only in this point, I am infinitely and radically opposed to muslims and islam.
Otherwise, it’s just a bunch of people I’d rather treat as individuals. But if they hold the idea that they must murder me by religious dictate, I’ll do everything and anything within the bounds of Western Civilization to defeat that idea first.
