Ok, this is not an attack on you but a genuine request for information, why does any of this bother you?

You see I do not understand the mind set. If you have very narrow streets so the car being parked in them is a hazard, that I can see being a problem but the lights? Why is that a problem for you?

I guess my question really is, why are you so invested in the actions of people who have no impact on your life?
