and personally, i don’t care HOW healthy green tea is supposed to be, because the stuff tastes to me like grass clipping that have been steeped in hot water ... I guess the Japanese have gotten to really like the tasre, for their most favorite dessert in the restaurants there is green tea ice cream. No kidding, it is true, and I saw my customers there order it. Right on the menu of world-class Tpkyo Hotel Okura.

Green tea ice cream is made from matcha and has a lot of sugar and cream in it.
That is why it is tasty.
