I don’t see what ‘open borders’ have to do with people who are apparently here legally travelling back and forth to China

So are we suspecting all Taiwanese or Chinese living here legally - even citizens - of being spies now?

My point is just that people travel; the article also mentions a case of measles brought back recently by an infant who came in from Korea.

I don’t see how we can shut down all legal international travel for fear of Chinese spies.
