Dorothy Kilgallen excitedly told her two women friends at a restaurant one night “I have all the documentation and the interview notes at my apartment. Tomorrow when I blow the lid off the JFK coverup it’s going to make history and it will be the turning point in my journalism career. Tomorrow will be a great day in my life.”
She supposedly died of sleeping pill overdose with alcohol. A second doctor said that was not shown in her autopsy findings but his opinion was suppressed. But was not despondent, had a book upside down in her hands in a bedroom she never used next to her real bedroom. She had complained “I hated that book. I’ll never be able to get back the hours I wasted reading the thing.”
Things happen to journalists.
Yep. Prayers up for Frank Vaughan and Sam Cooper.
And don’t forget the reporter....I forget his name....he was going to blow the lid off of BRENNA, I think, and he ran into a TREE at a VERY high rate of speed in a Neighborhood!!
