Anyone who does not support terrorist organizations, terrorist regimes, etc. Those who did not support Islamic Jihad, Hezzbollah, North Korea, Iran, etc. or had anything other than glowing, complimentary things to say about Russia and Putin have been called “Zeepers.” Doesn’t matter if you also criticize Zelensky as well.
In other words, it is a pejorative without any meaning intellectually. Just like the Left does to label someone and not actually respond to arguments being made.

Zeepers do tend to have a lot of unhinged characteristics in common, such as perpetrating the vicious accusations that those of us who have been opposed to Biden’s policy of giving unrestricted, unaudited billions to Zelensky every time the little grifter demanded it are “pro Russian,” pro Putin” and other such nonsense.
When President Trump demonstrated that he was not going to continue this crooked, politician-enriching process, a few zeepers went completely ‘round the bend and started screeching vile names and accusations against President Trump in a manner that even impressed Nancy Pelosi.
