Women (including, and maybe especially) CATHOLIC women, need to be responsible for the CARE of the babies they bring into the world by having sex. Virgin birth aside, it’s not like there’s any real mystery as to where babies come from, is there?
We subsidize generational poverty and generational depravity.
Instead, we should
1) offer a payment of $10,000 for anyone to get sterilized, since the right people will accept this offer, and
2) require sterilization for long-term welfare.

Well, your idea is a great one because welfare is the job of the Church, not the government.
But if we want accountability in the current welfare populace, a great way to start to trim welfare would be to reduce it to x number of weeks. And go from there.

I helped a woman in the hospital when I was volunteering who had an IQ of maybe 50 at best. She couldn’t speak other than a few words was unable to do even the most basic skills necessary for living on her own and had severe physical signs of being mentally and physically delayed. She was pregnant with her 3 or 4th child and everyone was resigned to her child not making it as the testing showed severe deformities. I asked about her being sterilized as it didn’t seem like her situation would change (someone was having sex and no one wanted to address that) and I was told when it was discussed, case workers came forward and said it was her right to bear children. I asked to be transferred to another area of the hospital.
This was back in the early 1990’s so, hopefully, things are different.
