Nationwide — Barack and Michelle Obama’s new $18 million beachfront mansion in Hawaii is nearly complete, despite ongoing rumors about their marriage. The couple was recently seen in Oahu, enjoying the island while overseeing the final stages of their property’s construction.
The three-acre property features 11 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, two pools, and two jacuzzis. While the couple has not confirmed when they will move in, the mansion’s construction is nearly finished, according to the Daily Mail.
Located in Oahu, the mansion is surrounded by palm trees and boasts a white roof. The two other homes on the property still need to pass building code inspections, but overall, the estate is almost ready for the Obamas to call it home.
Obama went to a Clippers game in L.A. the other night. No sign of his wife either.
One reason for doing that is because they do not want to split up the assets.
Here, they'll just divide the houses. Then it's 50/50 on the money part. May take a year or two for them to finalize their divorce.
