Ah, the wife died of Hantavirus, years ago that was a big thing reported in areas with a lot of rodents.. That’s why you need to be very careful and mask up if you are cleaning up after rodents where there is urine and droppings.

It is also a good idea, in places like Santa Fe with rodent problems, to have a regular pest control contract.
If you don't stay on top of pest you will have problems.
