Myself included.
I’m going to give President Trump, and his Cabinet picks/surrogates, the benefit of the doubt, and let the offices and heads run their operations for a modest amount of time, before hemorrhaging and casting out all of his picks.
People are, after all, HUMAN!
It’s an accountability issue.
Regardless of time-in-office, a leader that sets a deadline and then has his/her own employees violate it should be held accountable.
Not explained away.
I would expect Patel/Bondi to throw people under the bus, not cajole them into retiring; by which they \keep\ their gumint pension.
Re Bondi:
I gripe and grouse in the foxhole, all the while following the Plan of those who know more than I do. I trust, even though it is extremely difficult in the face of terrible loss and chaos. I pray with every breath, in between reacting to volleys. I continue to believe in the Ideal despite my fears. I devote myself to my brothers in arms, who are all doing the same. I survive, though I am aware i am forever changed.
This is as close to being a veteran of war as I can ever be.
