I have been messaging all over social media that Prez Trump should demote Roberts by nominating justices Alito or Thomas as Chief Justice. I don't think it has ever been done before - moving a Chief Justice to a back bench - so let's give it a try! Roberts is a justice for life... a Chief Justice for life? Let's find out!

Of course the Senate would have to approve the nomination. 🤷
